Stewart Moon

President/CEO

He began at the age of 14 helping his dad service fireplaces and continued to develop and add a commercial construction division to his dad’s company in his early twenties. After the crash of 2008, Stewart was left to start over and created STMCO Construction in 2013. He carried with him his most valued customers and built his business solely on word of mouth and a job well done. Stewart’s integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is what sets him above the rest. Stewart is continuing to grow and strengthen STMCO Construction by hiring the right team whose values and dedication to quality align with his.

Kristeen Moon

Vice President/CMO

Kristeen Moon is a graduate of CSUF with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing. She has a decorated history in sales and marketing, including Presidents Club. She possesses a unique talent to bring the right people together to prove mutually beneficial for all. Hard work and dedication to your project is what sets her apart from the rest.

Garrett Osterode

Project Manager

As the son of an electrical and refrigeration contractor, Garrett was a Journey Level Electrician by the age of 20. Being interested in the entire building process, Garret also spent 5 years as a union iron worker and 12 years as a carpenter. As time progressed, management roles have been obtained and utilized in the Commercial, as well as Public Works sectors.

Garrett finished a Bachelor’s degree major in Industrial Engineering from Cal State Los Angeles. He then spent 11 years in the Fenestration Industry (Store Front/Curtain and Window Wall, etc. ) and obtaining an AAMA Fenestration Master’s Certification in the glass and glazing industry.

Outside of his work, he plays bass guitar, rides endure/adventure motorcycles (AMA D37) and offroads.

Corey Damico

Chief Estimator

Corey is helping take STMCO Construction to the next level. He has worked his way up from tile setter, PM and now Chief Estimator. Corey’s knowledge of the pre-construction is unmatched. His superior knowledge of earth works, ground up, schools, retail renovation, and tenant improvement enables STMCO Construction to provide very detailed and knowledgeable estimates. His attention to detail proves valuable and appreciated on all projects. His project portfolio includes ground up school projects for Ledesma & Meyer, Panera Bread, Brixmor Properties and more.

Michael Campos

Sr. Superintendant

Mike is a valued addition to our team. He comes to us with over 30 years of commercial construction experience in ground up, tenant improvement, medical, office, and QSR. His ability to multi-task and pull from his vast years of experience keeps projects moving forward. His portfolio includes multiple Cedar-Sinai remodel/tenant improvement and ground up.

Bruce Bonvillain

Sr. Superintendant

Bruce is a key player, quick thinker and brings solutions to the construction process. He has over 30 years of construction experience. To top it off he is a master of millwork & countertops allowing him to self perform on-site tasks quickly and keep projects moving forward. He has experience in ground up, tenant improvement, office, QSR, fitness, and medical industries. Prior to coming to STMCO Construction his project portfolio includes Starbucks remodel and ground up, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle and more.

Michael Kun

Sr. Superintendant

He is a valuable part of our team. A journeyman framer, craftsman of architectural concrete & welder. Mike can see a problem and solve it on site to keep projects moving forward. He has framed public schools from the ground up, performed apartment renovations, add-in playgrounds, and hotels. We have yet to find anything that he can’t do.
